Invitation for Independent Sales Contractors

Thank you for your interest in our company. The following are major points for your consideration:

ADVANTAGES

  1. High Commission Rates - 40% on a job that reaches par, but up to 45%.

  2. Commission paid on the same day that sales agreements are received in our office. If you've sold other products, you know that it often takes quite a while to get your money.

  3. Independent Contractor Status - no taxes deducted up-front. You get the gross amount.

  4. Your annual income taxes are far less on any given income because you get to deduct all expenses from the income before taxes are figured.

  5. We have renewals available even the first year. After the first year, you should be calling on your own for renewals and this increases sales. Our highest paid salesman thinks the reason he is so successful is because he says, "When people see me coming, they get out the checkbook." All jobs are lined up for you in advance.

  6. We are one of the largest and most successful companies in this business. We have an excellent reputation with hotels, advertisers, sales reps and employees. You must have confidence in our product to be successful.

  7. Your hotel room is furnished for one or two weeks per job.

  8. You can take trade-outs for food and other services, such as auto repairs, up to a certain amount per week.

DISADVANTAGES

  1. This job requires hard work! It is simple to do, but you have to be on the job and make the calls to make the sales and make the money.

  2. No guaranteed salary.

  3. Travel every week if you work full time. This job is excellent for couples to work together - it makes being away from home all week not so bad. But this type of work usually does not agree with a young person with a family at home, for obvious reasons.

We typically only work small towns - it makes getting around town and finding decision-makers much easier and quicker.
